Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking an Imaging Supervisor to oversee daily activities of the Imaging staff and coordinate patient care across modalities. You will assist with capital budgeting, supervise staff, and ensure payroll accuracy under Imaging leadership.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality control, and team development, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient imaging services within a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Accredited program in imaging, radiology, or diagnostic medical sonography.
• One of the following is required: ARRT, ARDMS, or RDCS or RVT or RVS or NMTCB or ARMRIT.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (ECARD/GRACE/RC variants) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with preparing the operational capital budget under Imaging leadership.
• Performs staff responsibilities to meet service levels.
• Reviews and approves payroll for direct reports.
• Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
• Coordinates patient care with the healthcare team to ensure desired outcomes.
• Develops and implements action plans to meet performance and safety initiatives.
• Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates staff performance.
