Job summary

RadNet in Fort Myers, FL is hiring a Provider Service Representative to drive market growth by identifying and engaging with local IPAs, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians. You will manage referrals, resolve service issues, and promote new imaging services and site programs.

You will maintain professional behavior with patients and colleagues, safeguarding PHI and medications in compliance with policies while building strong market presence and branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing or a related field or two to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Good marketing/sales competencies including good communication and interpersonal skills, results orientation, customer orientation, strategic thinking and personal credibility.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and market contract imaging services to local IPAs, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians through cold calling, appointments, leads, and visits to grow territory and referrals.
• Identify and resolve service issues and concerns from referral sources.
• Brand the market and promote new service, hours, radiologist, equipment, and site programs.
• Demonstrate safeguarding of patient property and Patient Health Information; safeguard medications per company policies and legal requirements.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and the public in clinical settings and maintain cooperative working relationships.
