RadNet is seeking a Provider Service Representative to prospect and market contract imaging services to physicians and groups, while promoting new services and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources. The role emphasizes patient care, data integrity, and compliant handling of information.

The ideal candidate has a marketing background with strong communication and organizational skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or two to three years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or business communities; effectively present information to top management and boards.
• Strong marketing/sales competencies including communication, interpersonal skills, results orientation, customer focus, strategic thinking and credibility.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet; comfortable with standard software tools.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prospect, and market contract imaging services to local IPA’s, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians via calls, appointments, leads, and visits.
• Identify and resolve service issues from referral sources.
• Brand and promote the market; drive adoption of new services, hours, radiologists, and site programs.
• Safeguard patient information and property in accordance with policy and law; maintain professional conduct with patients and staff.
