Job summary

RadNet is seeking a Provider Service Representative to actively market contract imaging services to physicians and groups, expanding the territory through proactive outreach and referrals. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver value to patients, providers, and payors while maintaining a patient-first approach.

You will also address service issues, brand the market, and promote new offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field, or 2–3 years related experience or training.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or business community members.
• Strong marketing/sales competencies including communication, interpersonal skills, results orientation, customer focus, and strategic thinking.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and market contract imaging services to local IPAs, HMOs, medical groups, and referring physicians through calls, visits, and leads to grow the territory.
• Identify and resolve service issues and concerns from referral sources.
• Brand the market and promote new services, hours, radiologist, equipment, and site programs.
• Demonstrate proper handling of patient information and safeguarding on-site medications.
• Maintain professional behavior with patients and coworkers, respecting boundaries and cultural sensitivities.
• Establish and nurture cooperative working relationships with stakeholders.
