Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Washington is seeking an experienced Imaging Manager in Silverdale, WA to lead a large multidisciplinary radiology department. You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and equipment, ensuring high-quality patient imaging services across modalities.

This role guides 35+ direct reports in a complex clinical environment, driving performance, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support integrated care in the Kaiser system.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of radiologic technology experience and three years as a radiology supervisor.
• Graduate of an accredited diagnostic imaging program or a related degree or equivalent experience.
• Licensure/certification in Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, Radiology, or related field as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee department operations, budgets, PTO approvals, supply orders, and PACS exceptions.
• Lead 60–75% of department staff with responsibility for performance reviews and staff development.
• Manage equipment issues, track exam volumes, and submit capital and business cases.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to improve workflows and patient care.
