Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Associates degree in Anatomy, Physiology, Biology, radiological science, Healthcare Administration, or a directly related field AND minimum four (4) years of radiologic technology experience or experience in a directly related field OR Minimum five (5) years of radiologic technology experience or experience in a directly related field.
• American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Certificate required at hire OR Radiologic Technologist Certification required at hire OR American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Certificate - Nuclear Medicine Technologist required at hire OR Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certificate required at hire from Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board OR Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Certificate required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to translate business plans into actionable tasks; oversee work and drive improvements.
• Align team efforts, set standards, measure progress and ensure policy adherence.
• Educate patients and guide staff to ensure compassionate patient care and privacy compliance.
• Oversee daily department operations, inventory, and resource utilization; drive efficiency and cost savings.
• Enforce safety regulations and manage equipment issues to minimize risk across teams.
• Lead radiologic/fluoroscopic procedures by evaluating history, selecting optimal techniques, and ensuring image transmission to PACS.
