Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Imaging Services Manager to provide clinical leadership across all imaging modalities. This role is based at Hope Dr. and Ernst Rd in Ft Wayne, IN, and involves managing a team of approximately 8 direct reports, including 2 supervisors.

The manager will oversee operational functions such as customer satisfaction, administrative responsibilities, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, clinical performance, and patient care within radiology imaging. The role also involves shaping the future of imaging services through leadership partnerships. Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate daily departmental functions and workflow
• Manage operational functions including customer satisfaction, quality assurance, and compliance
• Develop and implement methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Serve as a liaison with physicians, nurses, and other departments

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active certification through ARRT, ARDMS, NMTCB, ARMRIT, or CCI, as applicable
• Indiana State Department of Health license, if applicable
• 5-7 years of experience in Imaging Services or related healthcare field
• 3-5 years of leadership experience
