Job summary

Providence is seeking an Imaging Services leader to oversee both technical and clerical staff in our Imaging Services department at Mission Hospital Regional Medical Center in California. You will drive compliant, safe patient care across all imaging modalities and ensure smooth operations for all assigned services.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of healthcare management experience, plus relevant radiologic/medical imaging certifications and CA licenses, with a focus on quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; within 2 years of hire for current caregivers.
• Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology or Allied Health Profession.
• National certification required upon hire in MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Sonography, or Radiologic Technology.
• BLS certification required upon hire (American Heart Association).
• CA Diagnostic Radiologic Technology Certification or CA Fluoroscopy/ Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification or related CA certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical and clerical staff in Imaging Services.
• Ensure compliance with Quality, JCAHO and State requirements.
• Manage workflow and operations for assigned imaging services.
