Job summary

UC Davis Health seeks a Radiology Supervisor to oversee Diagnostic Imaging services, directing clinical and technical operations. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with radiologists, and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.

The position rotates among ACC and satellite facilities and is 100% on-site at main hospital locations. The ideal candidate has ARRT, CA fluoroscopy, CRT licenses, and a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of imaging experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/training.
• Valid CRT License and CA Fluoroscopy Permit.
• ARRT required.
• BLS/UC Davis CPR or AHA/Red Cross CPR.
• Minimum 5 years x-ray experience, 3 years imaging.
• Leadership and HR/admin experience in supervision.
• Knowledge of EPIC, PACS, RIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Radiology department operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Direct, plan and monitor clinical and technical imaging activities.
• Coordinate with radiologists, technologists and staff to optimize throughput.
