Job summary

CARIN Alliance is seeking a Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging to lead the daily operations of the imaging department within a hospital setting. You will supervise imaging staff, ensure adherence to department standards, and serve as a clinical resource across all age groups under the guidance of the Imaging Manager.

This full-time, day-shift role requires California radiologic credentials (California Radiologic Technologist, Limited Permit X-Ray Technician, or ARRT/ARDMS) and a minimum of three

• Valid California Radiologic Technologist, Limited Permit X-Ray Technician, or national certification such as ARRT or ARDMS.
• At least 3 years of experience in an acute care/hospital radiology setting.

Role Overview:

The Supervisor Diagnostic Imaging leads the daily operations of the imaging department, supporting clinical and administrative functions under the guidance of the Imaging Manager and collaborating with medical staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise imaging staff, ensure adherence to department standards, serve as a clinical resource across all age groups, participate in quality assurance activities, and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program, hold valid California Radiologic Technologist, Limited Permit X-Ray Technician, or national certification such as ARRT or ARDMS. Requires at least 3 years of experience in an acute care/hospital radiology setting. Preferred qualifications include advanced specialty imaging skills and supervisory experience.
