Job summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking an Imaging Services Supervisor to oversee all diagnostic imaging operations, ensuring safe, high-quality and compliant patient care across imaging services.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage staffing, performance, training, and implement new systems and programs to raise the standard of care, while partnering with leadership to support organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Radiological Technology, sonography, nuclear medicine or other diagnostic imaging discipline and five years of related work experience including one year in a lead or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of the assigned hospital to ensure safe and cost-effective diagnostic/therapeutic patient care and alignment with standards; monitors issues, quality control, and productivity; prepares productivity reports for leadership review.
• Develops and implements new clinical systems/programs to enhance services and improve patient care, including reporting on KPIs and benchmarking metrics.
• Schedules, supervises, and evaluates staff; ensures qualified training, adequate staffing, performance management, and adherence to policies and regulations.
