Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking a senior Radiology Operations leader for the Aurora West Allis Medical Center - Radiology Support. This on-site role coordinates imaging services across modalities, drives QA programs, and ensures compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in a large radiology department with 3+ years in management, overseeing staff, budgets, and capital planning, while maintaining focus on high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a large, complex radiology department with multiple modalities including Nuclear Medicine.
• 3+ years of management experience handling staff, budgets and multiple modalities at director level.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates a system approach to imaging functions, including infrastructure, operations, compliance, and budgeting.
• Implements Quality Assurance to ensure high patient care.
• Ensures imaging services comply with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Monitors patient fees and aligns pricing with department guidelines.
• Oversees equipment service programs and capital planning for imaging services.
• Manages HR responsibilities from interviewing to performance evaluations and morale.
• Develops and controls operating and capital budgets in line with objectives.
• Ensures adherence to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct.
