Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Senior HTM Manager in Milwaukee to design and direct imaging services operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and budget controls. You will lead cross‑functional teams, present data to leadership, and drive continuous quality improvements across the enterprise.

The role requires 5 years in Clinical Engineering (including imaging support) with 3 years of supervisory experience, plus strong communication and mentoring skills.

Qualifications

• Requires 5 years of experience in Clinical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• 3 years of supervisory experience in related areas.
• Ability to lead and facilitate group meetings and projects.

Responsibilities

• Designs and directs daily operations for imaging services.
