Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital of Baltimore seeks a Director of Imaging Services to plan, direct, and manage all administrative functions for Imaging Services. You will coordinate daily operations, liaise with departments and physicians, and drive high-quality, cost-conscious patient care.

A Master’s degree plus imaging certification are required, with MBA/MHA/MPH preferred. 5–7 years of leadership experience in imaging, BLS certification, and strong budgeting skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in imaging administration.
• Master's Degree required; MBA/MHA/MPH preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Imaging certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Radiology Department daily activities and manage non-physician staff.
• Develop and implement administrative and technical policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on program activities and service evaluations.
• Oversee financial planning, facilities, and personnel needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accreditation requirements.
• Lead quality control, safety and infection control programs.
