nGenium is seeking an Imaging Service Engineer to install, service, and calibrate medical imaging equipment across Wisconsin hospital environments. The role emphasizes uptime, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with clinical teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in imaging systems support, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read technical manuals. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience servicing medical imaging equipment.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read technical documentation and service manuals.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, calibrations, and performance testing on medical imaging systems.
• Diagnose, repair, install, and commission imaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system faults.
• Maintain accurate service records and equipment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Support inventory management, including spare parts and equipment records.
• Work alongside clinical staff to minimise equipment downtime.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers when required.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance where appropriate.
