The ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience servicing diagnostic imaging systems, an associate degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience servicing diagnostic imaging systems in healthcare settings.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Biomedical Equipment Technology.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with MRI, CT, X-ray, fluoroscopy, or nuclear medicine systems.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and Joint Commission.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians and engineers.
• Maintain accurate service records and audit-ready compliance reports.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to resolve equipment issues impacting patient care.
• Perform advanced maintenance, calibration, inspection, and preventive maintenance on imaging equipment.
• Support imaging modalities including MRI, CT, X-ray, fluoroscopy, US, mammography, and nuclear medicine.
