Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a patient-focused front desk associate to join our team. You will greet patients, register arrivals, collect co-pays, and support imaging and radiology workflows while upholding HIPAA guidelines.

A minimum of 1 year of customer service and 1 year in a medical office or radiology is preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and basic computer skills (MS Office) are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• 1+ year medical office and radiology experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly

Responsibilities

• Notify appropriate departments or persons of patient progress
• Deescalate patient conflicts following facility policies
• Facilitate and validate requests for imaging records per HIPAA
• Operate office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
• Register patients, collect co-pays, and ensure timely data entry
