Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in healthcare, customer service or administrative setting.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging patients and manage appointments.
• Enter orders, collect copays and verify patient information.
• Coordinate departmental projects to improve efficiency.
• Greet patients and families and screen calls.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in all tasks.
