Qualifications

• Minimum three years of office experience in a medical office setting preferred.
• Previous experience scheduling imaging strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter all necessary authorizations for imaging.
• Schedule imaging in the required systems.
• Answer all incoming calls and assess callers’ needs.
