Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• 0-1 years experience required. 2-4 years experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, customers and family in person and by phone in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ensures patient arrival according to schedule and updates arrival time when necessary.
• Collection of patient co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Schedules and reschedules radiology exams as requested and per protocol.
• Observes HIPAA confidentiality throughout operations.
