Casper Medical Imaging & Outpatient Radiology is seeking a Medical Scheduler to organize exams and procedures, coordinate patient appointments, and ensure accurate insurance information. You will support staff, enter data, and communicate with technologists and doctors to maintain smooth scheduling.

Required: High School Diploma or GED, CMS Medical Scheduler Certification, and at least one year in scheduling or customer service in a medical setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with CMS certification.
• Minimum one year experience in scheduling or customer service in a medical setting.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance practices.
• Proficiency with scheduling systems and computers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule exams and procedures.
• Ask safety questions while scheduling.
• Answer calls to schedule or reschedule patient.
• Ensure insurance information is correct.
• Coordinate with techs/doctors for orders.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
