Job summary

Providence Milwaukie Hospital in Milwaukie, OR is seeking a Patient Scheduler for imaging and medical procedures. This part-time, hybrid role runs Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm, coordinating Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, Anesthesia, Short Stay and Admitting scheduling with multiple systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical and/or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.
• Preferred: diagnostic imaging experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule imaging and other procedures across departments using HIS/RIS, scheduling software, and PACS.
• Obtain exam information, orders, and patient demographics to ensure accurate scheduling.
• Manage multiple exams in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and patient privacy.
