Job summary

Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center in Oregon City, OR, is seeking a Per Diem Imaging Support Scheduler. You will coordinate scheduling for complex imaging and medical procedures, collecting exam info, demographic data, and medical history to ensure accurate scheduling across departments.

You will manage physician orders and utilize HIS/RIS, scheduling software, and PACS in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 2 years of medical/clerical experience and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical and/or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule a variety of Imaging and Medical procedures using exam information and resources.
• Obtain and manage physician orders and patient information for accurate scheduling.
• Use multiple computer applications (HIS/RIS, scheduling software, PACS) to schedule exams across departments.
• Coordinate with Short Stay Unit and joint ventures to ensure efficient scheduling.
