Job summary

Providence Medford Medical Center is seeking an Imaging Support / Scheduler responsible for scheduling complex imaging and medical procedures such as Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, Anesthesia, Short Stay and Admitting. You will gather exam information, equipment needs, and patient history to schedule accurately.

In a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment you will use HIS/RIS, scheduling software and PACS to coordinate across departments and ensure timely processing of orders.

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical and/or clerical experience.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule complex imaging procedures across multiple departments (e.g., Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, Anesthesia, Short Stay, Admitting).
• Obtain complete exam information, equipment needs, and physician orders to schedule accurately.
