• 1 year experience scheduling radiographic procedures.

Working with minimal oversight, the Procedural Scheduler plays a crucial role in interacting with patients, physicians, medical office personnel, and medical center staff, always ensuring prompt and courteous service.

Required Qualifications:

• H.S. Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Upon hire: Medical terminology certification
• 6 months Experience in a medical and/or Customer service position.
• Customer service experience in an acute healthcare setting.
• Admitting, insurance eligibility and verification experience.
• 1 year Experience scheduling radiographic procedures.
