Job summary

Touchstone Imaging Centers is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialist to meet and exceed territory sales goals by employing strategic tactics and face-to-face calls. This role focuses on growing referral volume to Touchstone Imaging Centers and Lumexa imaging services, requiring strong selling skills and business planning in a fast-paced environment.

Territory includes Arlington/Grand Prairie, TX, with responsibilities to develop weekly call plans, leverage CRM and BI tools, and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2 years outside sales experience in healthcare preferred.
• Selling skills to influence and generate results.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote Touchstone Imaging and Lumexa imaging services.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of outpatient radiology and local competition.
• Development of weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans.
• Leverage CRM system and business intelligence tools to inform targeting and resource allocation.
• Execute Touchstone and Lumexa Imaging marketing strategy.
• Management of monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral.
• Coordinate with operations teams at centers to ensure customer satisfaction and inform regional sales strategies.
• Understand and uphold all corporate compliance policies.
