Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure required in Wisconsin prior to hire.
• BLS certification required within 1 month of hire.
• 1 year of cumulative job-specific experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shift Operations: assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff daily.
• Manage Staff Performance: contribute to evaluations, hiring, training, and development decisions.
• Coordinate Patient Care: assess daily patient needs to create and distribute optimal staff assignments.
• Optimize Care Outcomes: evaluate patient care effectiveness, address delivery issues, and resolve clinical complaints.

Education

Registered Nurse (RN) credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing

BLS Provider (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
