Job summary

Ascension Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Interventional Radiology team. You will coordinate interdisciplinary patient care, monitor health status, and execute physician and nursing orders to ensure timely treatments and high-quality safety.

Responsibilities include leading discharge planning and collaborating with the care team to prepare safe transitions home or to follow-up care. Licensure as an RN with AHA BLS and a BSN are preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration requirements as per Wisconsin Board of Nursing and AHA BLS.
• Graduate from a board-approved Registered Nurse program; BSN preferred.
• Ability to manage complex workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interdisciplinary patient care across clinical disciplines.
• Track and communicate patient progress to ensure continuous, high-quality care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders accurately and timely.
• Lead discharge planning for safe transitions home or to follow-up care.
