RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Research Coordinator at Jersey City Medical Center to manage centralized imaging workflows for a multicenter study in the Department of Medicine. The role focuses on coordinating imaging data, ensuring protocol adherence, and supporting regulatory needs within a busy clinical research environment.

The CIL Manager will work with study sites, the Central Imaging Laboratory, and investigators to maintain data integrity, timely submissions, and audit-ready

Qualifications

• Medical degree required (MD/MBBS/DO).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical research experience.
• Experience with multicenter studies, imaging data, or neurology preferred.
• Familiarity with PACS, DICOM, and AMBRA is preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP and regulatory standards is advantageous.
• Strong data management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate acquisition, transfer, and secure storage of CT imaging data from trial sites.
• Manage day-to-day imaging workflows within Core Imaging Laboratory.
• Serve as primary contact between sites and Central Imaging Laboratory.
• Review imaging data for completeness and quality per protocol.
• Perform quality checks and resolve data discrepancies with sites.
• Oversee image processing workflows using DICOM, PACS and AMBRA.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for imaging submissions and study activities.
• Support regulatory documentation and study deliverables.
