RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Research Coordinator to manage core imaging data for the CHESS multicenter trial within the Department of Medicine at Jersey City Medical Center. The role oversees centralized imaging workflows, data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate imaging submissions, perform quality checks, train site personnel, and ensure audit-ready documentation throughout the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Medical degree required (MD/MBBS/DO).
• 1–2 years of clinical research experience preferred.
• Experience with multicenter trials, imaging data, or neurological conditions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate acquisition, transfer, verification, and secure storage of CT imaging data.
• Manage day-to-day imaging workflows in the Core Imaging Laboratory.
• Serve as liaison between participating sites and the Central Imaging Laboratory.
