Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Clinical Data Coordinator to support data entry, data integrity, and query management across our clinical research portfolio.

The role involves collaboration with principal investigators, nurses, coordinators, sponsors and CROs to ensure timely data submissions and accurate CRFs while upholding GCP and protocol standards. Your attention to detail and strong computer skills will help our team succeed.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in science or healthcare or minimum 2+ years in related area with HS diploma/GED.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and handle multiple deadlines.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assures timely submissions of research data and queries to affiliates and centers.
• Collaborates with Principal Investigators, Research Nurse Coordinators, CRAs, Sponsors, CROs, and staff.
• Prepares for sponsor/site visits and audits.
• Obtains informed consent for minimal risk studies.
• Compares schedule of events to CRFs and captures data accurately.
• Records data on CRFs (paper/electronic).
• Resolves data queries within study timeframes.
• Maintains inventory of research supplies and disposes of expired items.
• Centrifuges specimens and ships per protocol and regulations.
• Reviews follow-up schedules and completes follow-up CRFs.
• Prepares enrollment logs and other reports.
• Attends division, sponsor, and research meetings.
