Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a Research Coordinator to support an NIH-funded project focused on improving women's brain health. The role involves coordinating studies, recruiting participants, ensuring regulatory compliance, and liaising with sponsors and researchers.

The candidate will oversee data collection, imaging and biomarker activities, manage consent and enrollment, and coordinate cross-functional study tasks while adhering to GCP and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration or related field.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible project coordination experience, preferably in a research setting.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and work with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day study operations, resolve protocol deviations and scheduling conflicts, escalate to PIs as needed.
• Interpret IRB and sponsor requirements; prepare, submit and track continuing reviews and amendments.
