Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Research Coordinator in Radiology Research to manage day-to-day operations of a NIH-funded study focusing on women's brain health during the menopause transition. You will coordinate imaging, proteomics, and clinical assessments, while ensuring protocol adherence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include participant recruitment, consent, data collection, and liaising with Principal Investigators and collaborators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible project coordination experience, preferably in a research setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Effective oral, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with all levels of management and internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage day-to-day study operations and resolve protocol deviations and scheduling conflicts.
• Interpret IRB and sponsor requirements; prepare and track continuing reviews and amendments.
• Review records for eligibility and determine enrollment recommendations for the PI.
• Lead informed consent and manage enrollment, scheduling, and follow-up for the cohort.
• Coordinate MRI data collection, cognitive testing, and survey administration per protocol.
• Oversee blood sample collection, storage, and shipping for proteomics component.
• Serve as liaison between PIs, team members, core facilities, and external collaborators.
