Responsibilities

• Verify demographics and insurance details with patients.
• Explain Mass Health Care Proxy information to patients.
• Coordinate booking and callbacks for imaging exams.
• Use Epic and Visage for scheduling and record updates.
• Assist with patient flow and provide customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Maintain supplies and ensure forms are available.
