Fox Point Recruitment LLC seeks a Manager – Imaging and Radiology to lead a diverse, multi-modality department in a modern Level III medical facility. On-site in Bellevue, you will drive daily operations, allocate resources, and mentor a team of ~40 across CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray, Dexa, and Fluoroscopy.

You will manage budgets, staff performance, and workflows in a unionized setting, collaborating with ambulatory and specialty services to improve access,

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of clinical radiology experience.
• 3+ years of managerial leadership in imaging.
• Experience managing large teams (30+ headcount) across modalities.
• Experience navigating acute care radiology operations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of the Imaging and Radiology department.
• Lead budgeting, equipment maintenance, and staffing across modalities.
• Manage 60–75% of department staff in a UFCW unionized setting.
• Collaborate with clinical departments to optimize workflows.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call regional manager rotation.
