Kaiser Permanente Washington is seeking an Imaging Manager in Silverdale, WA, leading a large multi-modality imaging department (CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray). You will oversee operations, staff, and budget for a 60+% reporting structure.

The role requires a radiology leadership background, regulatory knowledge, and strong change management and collaboration skills to support patient-centered imaging services.

Qualificações

• Five (5) years in radiology technologist/sonographer/nuclear medicine related role.
• Three (3) years as radiology supervisor with direct reports and annual reviews.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FTE and budget for the imaging department.
• Manage staff performance reviews and hiring decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional workflows with ambulatory, pediatrics and specialties.
• Monitor equipment reliability and incident reporting; liaise with leadership.
• Drive process improvements and capital requests as needed.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree or 4 years related experience
