Job summary

Medtronic in Fridley, MN, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead imaging platform programs across hardware and software. You will define scope, schedules, budgets, and governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Hybrid role based at Rice Creek facility; travel 10-20% domestically and internationally; requires 5+ years of PM/engineering in medical devices; PMP/ PMI-ACP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in PM/engineering/manufacturing/tech.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs.
• Experience in Agile/ Scrum and governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent imaging programs (machine vision, inspection).
• Define scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across hardware, software, controls, sensors.
• Manage program execution from concept to sustainment using Agile, Scrum, waterfall, hybrid.
• Develop integrated schedules and monitor critical path with recovery plans.
• Provide executive-level status, financials, risks, and decisions.
