Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies in Minnesota seeks an Associate Project Manager to lead medical device projects under the direction of a Senior Program Manager. You will drive deliverables, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet milestones and review gates.

This role emphasizes budget/resource management, quality-system alignment, and ongoing process improvement within the PMO while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in a research, product development or manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in resource/budget management and/or business process management and execution.
• Knowledge of quality systems regulations and guidelines (FDA Design Controls).
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with management and stakeholders.
• Develop key project documents (plans, schedules, etc.) and support core team development.
• Monitor project budget and resource allocations and track milestones.
• Generate high-level plans, communications, and schedules for prioritization.
• Maintain technical files and design history files as required.
