Midway Staffing is seeking a dependable Imaging Production Specialist for its secure records-management warehouse in Boyers, PA. This seated role involves extensive keyboard work and requires attention to detail.

You will scan documents, verify accuracy, and index/release files to customers. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, weekly pay, and benefits.

Applicants must read and write English, operate and troubleshoot scanners, and wear steel-toe boots.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.39/hour
Position Overview
Midway Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Imaging Production Specialist to support operations in a secure records-management warehouse. This is a seated task with constant use of upper extremities, primarily for keyboard related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Scanning-Load sheets into various types of scanners one at a time or small batches to process. Return the sheets to the box in the same order as received.
• Quality- Confirm accuracy of scanned documents.
• Release/Index- Documentation of files and release of scanned material to customer.

Requirements

• Scanning – Detail oriented, must be able to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners.
• Quality and Release/Index – Detail oriented and must be able to operate computer. Position requires significant data input and high rate of keystrokes
• Ability to read and write English and follow detailed instructions
• Protective steel-toe boots required
