• Willingness to rotate among Scanning, Quality, Release/Index, and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Scan prepped cartons one at a time by loading sheets into the appropriate scanner type, then return sheets to the box in the same order received.
• Support quality checks by confirming accuracy of scanned documents and catching errors early.
• Perform release/index tasks by documenting files and releasing scanned material to the customer according to workflow requirements.
• Troubleshoot scanners as needed and keep scanning operations running smoothly.
• Maintain a presentable, appropriate attire standard for the working environment while completing seated and keyboard-focused tasks.
