Our client, imaging and document processing operations is seeking a Imaging Production Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Imaging Production Specialist 1, you will be part of the production environment supporting imaging workflows that help ensure accurate, timely document handling. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, comfort with repetitive data entry, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced setting—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Scan prepped cartons one at a time by loading sheets into the appropriate scanner type, then return sheets to the box in the same order received.
- Support quality checks by confirming accuracy of scanned documents and catching errors early.
- Perform release/index tasks by documenting files and releasing scanned material to the customer according to workflow requirements.
- Troubleshoot scanners as needed and keep scanning operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a presentable, appropriate attire standard for the working environment while completing seated and keyboard-focused tasks.
What's Needed?
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to operate and troubleshoot scanners accurately.
- Comfort working on a computer for quality and release/index tasks, including significant data input and high-rate key strokes.
- Ability to follow process steps closely to ensure documents are scanned, verified, and released in the correct order.
- Reliability and focus for a 5-days-a-week schedule with 9 hours per day, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.
- Willingness to rotate among the four main components (Scanning, Quality, Release/Index, and related workflow activities) either on different days or during the shift.
