Job summary

Preferred candidates have up to 6 months of healthcare experience, a completed allied health course, and BLS certification to be maintained post-hire. This role supports safe patient handling within Radiology and related services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of an allied health course preferred.
• 0–6 months of work experience; six months patient care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required within 2 weeks of hire and must be maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting patients and ancillary items within the MUSC campus under supervision.
• Report to Imaging Supervisor or Imaging Director and support safe, timely patient movement.
