Job summary

Phelps Health is seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Outreach Manager for Waynesville Medical Plaza. You will coordinate daily imaging service operations across WMPlaza, ICCs, and off-site locations, while providing leadership and resource support to ensure quality patient care and cost-effective service delivery.

The role requires five years as a registered technologist, with two years of supervisory experience and a multi-modality registry preferred.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a registered technologist.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Multi-modality registry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists the MI director in establishing and meeting short-term, long-term goals and objectives.
• Prepares or directs employee scheduling, time and attendance, and payroll accuracy.
• Oversees daily operations of imaging services at Waynesville Medical Plaza and off-site locations.
• Travels weekly to off-site locations to ensure operational needs are addressed.
• Maintains quality patient care and supports performance improvement initiatives.
