Job summary

Iron Mountain is hiring a Team Leader for Imaging Operations to manage a project team at our scanning facilities. The role requires day and overnight shifts and ensures production targets align with quality standards within an ISO-compliant framework.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, coordinate with support groups, collect data, and produce regular performance reports while maintaining high confidentiality and strong communication in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher with a minimum of 3 years in team management.
• Strong sense of confidentiality, integrity and responsibility; able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese; client-oriented and collaborative attitude.
• Proficient in Excel and data handling; familiarity with scanning workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly involved in project operation and assist supervisor to set up production.
• Supervise a team of line leaders and operators; manage production lines and resources to meet quality and daily targets.
• Collaborate with support groups to ensure smooth production and efficient operations.
• Conduct data collection and analysis; design workflow, escalation flowcharts, scorecards and monthly performance reports.
• Arrange training and supervision of staff; monitor costs and ensure compliance with policies; assist budgeting.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by supervisor; ensure ISO 9001, ISO 18001 and ISO 27001 compliance.
