• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years IT industry work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support at Jessup imaging center and central imaging/file transfer environments.
• Take day-to-day operational ownership of hardware and software, including high-speed scanners and imaging tools.
• Lead daily maintenance activities to ensure IT operations meet SLAs.
• Manage daily escalations and participate in on-call support.
• Onboard new Digital Solutions customers and process change requests.
• Improve standard processes and develop controls to monitor productivity and SLA adherence.
• Collaborate with Implementation and DevOps to roll out fixes and enhancements.
