Health Here is seeking an Imaging Coordinator to lead daily imaging operations across multiple modalities, supporting frontline caregivers and ensuring safety, quality, and patient satisfaction in imaging services. The role includes staffing, workflow streamlining, and fostering collaboration across community and trauma-level settings.

Qualifications

• Professional clinical certification (e.g., ARRT, ARDMS) and current state radiologic license if required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Imaging technologist experience; leadership experience preferred (CT certification).
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical expertise in advanced imaging techniques.
• Computer literacy with a patient safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and satisfaction for patients, caregivers, and guests.
• Maintain high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services efficiently.
• Promote caregiver engagement, assist with hiring, training, and team motivation.
• Build positive relationships within the department and with external stakeholders.
• Implement best practices, solve problems, and champion process improvements.
