Job summary

ImageCare Radiology seeks a Tech Aide Manager to coordinate frontline imaging support across multiple centers, driving efficient patient flow and staffing coverage. You will lead onboarding, training, and MRI safety certification, while partnering with technologists and leadership to optimize operations and compliance.

Onboarding and training will commence at Mount Olive on day one, with ongoing oversight of schedules, performance metrics, and safety standards to deliver an excellent patient

Qualifications

• At least one year of Medical Imaging experience.
• BLS certification required.
• CMA Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Tech Aide operations across imaging centers and ensure efficient patient flow.
• Develop and manage Tech Aide schedules, monitoring PTO and coverage.
• Coordinate daily assignments to support imaging workflows.
• Promote workflow standardization and operations efficiency across locations.
• Track daily patient metrics and identify workflow issues for leadership escalation.
• Lead onboarding and orientation for new Tech Aides and ensure training completion.
• Coordinate MRI Safety Certification for all Tech Aides and maintain records.
• Ensure MRI safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
