Job summary

Middlesex Health is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to supervise and optimize imaging services within the Urgent Care setting. Lead workflow, mentor staff, and ensure quality control and regulatory compliance across all imaging modalities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Radiology Department and Urgent Care clinics to maintain high standards of patient care, safety, and efficient imaging operations. Excellent leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT certification or eligible and in good standing.
• State of Connecticut license/eligible.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise imaging services daily operations.
• Mentor staff and students; provide coaching.
• Coordinate machine maintenance and QC checks.
• Serve as liaison between Radiology and Urgent Care clinics.
• Ensure up-to-date imaging practice across techs.
