Job summary

Middlesex Health in Connecticut is seeking a Radiology Coordinator to oversee daily imaging operations in our Urgent Care setting. You will supervise workflow, ensure quality control, and guide staff to deliver patient-centered imaging services.

Responsibilities include mentoring technologists, performing QC/QA checks, coordinating between Radiology and Urgent Care, and maintaining up-to-date clinical practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a JRCERT accredited Radiography program.
• ARRT Certification/Eligible in good standing.
• State of Connecticut License/Eligible.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises imaging services workflow and quality control in Urgent Care imaging.
• Assist as Medical Assistant to room patients, obtain vitals and interview patients.
• Mentor staff and students; provide coaching and training.
• Perform QC checks and coordinate machine maintenance.
• Coordinate between Radiology Department and Urgent Care clinics.
• Maintain teamwork and patient service excellence.
