Allina Health is seeking a patient-focused individual to assist echo technologists and healthcare teams in delivering diagnostic imaging services in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves daily scheduling, workflow management, and supporting billing audits, with on-site duties and a 40-hour week for day shifts.

You will work with nurses and cardiologists, becoming proficient with department computer systems and timekeeping processes. A high school diploma and BLS cert are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with education/experience to meet required competencies.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• BLS Tier 1 Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support echo technologists, nurses and cardiologists in imaging services.
• Manage daily schedule and workflow within department.
• Serve as expert for computer systems within the department.
• Assist with department billing audits and timekeeping backup.
• Order and maintain department supplies; gather productivity data.
